    Description: This recall involves certain Amana brand Window-Room-Air-Conditioners and Through the Wall air conditioners or heat pumps. The products are white-colored, and the brand name is printed on most of the units’ control covers. The units are used to provide room climate control. They most often are installed at hotels, apartment buildings, and commercial spaces.

    The model number is located on the front of the unit on the front edge of the base pan on a white sticker. Recalled units have a model number beginning with PB, AH or AE. The serial number is under the bar code that is under the model number. The model numbers in the recall include:

    Through the Wall (TTW): PBH113J35AA (Heat Pump), PBH093J35AA (Heat Pump), PBH073J35AA (Heat Pump), PBE123J35AA (Air Conditioner), PBE093J35AA (Air Conditioner)

    Window-Room-Air-Conditioners (WRAC): AH183J35AA (Heat Pump), AH123J35AA (Heat Pump), AH093J35AA (Heat Pump), AE183J35AA (Air Conditioner), AE123J35AA (Air Conditioner), AE093J35AA (Air Conditioner)

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled products immediately and contact Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, Inc. (DCT) to submit a request for a full refund. Consumers will be required to provide their contact information, cut the product’s cord, and then upload a photo of the product’s serial number and cut cord in order to receive a full refund of the unit.

    Incidents/Injuries: DCT has received one report of plastic on the unit melting. No injuries have been reported.

    Description: This recall involves the Super Off-Road 12,000 mAh Solar Wireless Power Bank, a power bank with solar charging capability. The product can be used to charge devices wirelessly. The power bank is black and measures about 3.4 inches wide by 6.5 inches high.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled power banks immediately and visit spectroandco.com/recall to register for a full refund. The refund will be in the form of a check which will be mailed to consumers. Consumers should dispose of the camera in accordance with local and state regulations.

    Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, in the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. Before taking your battery or device to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries.     Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received two reports of the power bank’s battery swelling. No injuries have been reported.

    Description: This recall involves the Lomi Roll-On Waxing Kit with Wax Cartridge & Wax Strips, model numbers LOMB2003PK and LOMB2004PK. The recalled boxed kits included a handheld wax warmer, a wax cartridge, wax strips, a power cord and a user’s manual. The Lomi logo is printed on the front of the white and pink warmer and on the outside of the product packaging. The model number is printed on a label on the bottom of the wax warmer.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled waxing kits immediately and contact Southern Telecom for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the kits by unplugging the warmer’s electrical cord, cutting it in half, and upload a photo of the destroyed product, showing the cut electrical cord, to https://support.customersupport123.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Consumers should then dispose of the destroyed product.

    Incidents/Injuries: Southern Telecom has received two additional reports of the warmer power cord overheating. No injuries have been reported.

    Product Safety Warning Details

    Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to stop using Ridstar Q20 and Q20 Lite e-bikes immediately because they pose a risk of serious injury and death.

    The front wheel can detach without warning, posing a crash hazard to consumers. CPSC is aware of 32 reports of the front wheel detaching, including 31 reports of injuries such as concussions, broken bones, cuts, scrapes, and bruises.

    CPSC urges consumers to stop using the e-bikes immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous e-bikes. Additionally, the batteries of the Ridstar Q20 e-bike, which were the subject of a previous CPSC product safety warning, must be disposed of following local hazardous waste disposal procedures.

    The manufacturer, Huizhou Xingqishi Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., of China, has been unresponsive to CPSC’s requests for information about these products or a recall.

    The e-bikes are black and the brand name Ridstar is printed on the battery. The model number Q20 or Q20 Lite is printed on the purchase receipt. The e-bikes were sold on AliExpress.us, Amazon.com, Ridstar.net and Walmart.com.

    The e-bikes were manufactured in China.

    Note: Do not throw this lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins) or used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores.     Product Safety Warning Details

The crib mattresses violate the mandatory safety standard for mattress flammability, posing a deadly fire hazard.     CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the retailer, Huzhoujingyiguojimaoyiyouxiangongsi, doing business as Hooplus, of China. Hooplus has not agreed to recall these mattresses or offer a remedy to consumers.

    The full-sized crib mattresses come in white and have “Vomiliku” labels located near the zipper and on the “Care Instructions” tags.

    Name of Product: MedPride Baby Oil

    Hazard: The baby oil contains low-viscosity hydrocarbons, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The baby oil’s packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or illness from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children. Additionally, petroleum distillates can get into the lungs, causing chemical pneumonia and/or pulmonary damage, which can be fatal.
