    Units: About 31,000

    Description: This recall involves the Hero Fire Spray Fire Canisters. The canisters are either red and blue or red and have the company’s logo on them with the name HERO Fire Spray on the front panel of the spray. Each canister contains 20 fluid ounces. The circular canisters are about 2.6 inches in diameter and 11.4 inches tall and weigh about 1.8 pounds. There is a black plastic release tab on the top of the canister. The affected batch is clearly marked on the base of the canister with the numbers “09/2024” as the date code.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the fire spray canisters immediately and visit www.preparedhero.com/pages/recall for instructions on how to receive a free replacement unit and how to properly dispose of the recalled fire spray canister according to local and state regulations. Consumers will be asked to place their fire spray canister in a box, label the box “RECALLED”, and bring it to a municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center to receive a free replacement.

    Note: Do not throw the recalled fire spray canister in the trash or the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins). Recalled fire spray canisters must be disposed of differently than other products, because they are pressurized. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled fire spray canister for disposal. Before taking your fire spray canister to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts pressurized canisters. If it does not, contact your municipality for further guidance.

    Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received nine reports of the fire spray canister exploding or deteriorating while in storage. No injuries reported.

    Safe Sleep starts with ABC: Alone, on their Back and in a Crib

    A – Alone

    • Keep the sleep space empty. Your baby should sleep alone. No pillows, no blankets, no bumpers, no toys or other people.
    • Don’t overheat your baby, avoid heavy clothing and keep the temperature in your room between 68 and 72 degrees.

    B – Back

    • Always place your baby on their back, on a firm, flat mattress with a fitted sheet.

    C – Crib

    • Room share, but give your baby a separate sleep space like a crib or bassinet.
    • Never use incline products for sleep.

  • CPSC Warns Consumers to Stop Using iGarden Swim Jets Combination Drain Covers Immediately Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Entrapment and Drowning; Violate the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act

    Name of Product: iGarden Swim Jets P100

    Hazard: The drain covers do not conform to the entrapment protection standards of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA), posing an entrapment hazard to swimmers and bathers. The drain covers also violate the safety requirements because they do not bear the required product markings, statements regarding the service life of the covers and installation and maintenance instructions.

    Consumer Action: CPSC urges consumers to stop using the swim jet combination drain covers immediately and stop using pools with the combination drain covers. Consumers should destroy the drain covers by unplugging, cutting the power cord, and disposing of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous drain covers. Ensure all pools and spas have VGBA-compliant drain covers and teach children to stay away from drains.

    Description: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to stop using the iGarden swim jet combination drain cover immediately. The drain covers do not conform to the entrapment protection standards of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA), posing an entrapment hazard to swimmers and bathers. The drain covers also violate the safety requirements because they do not bear the required product markings, statements regarding the service life of the covers and installation and maintenance instructions.

    CPSC urges consumers to stop using the swim jet combination drain covers immediately and stop using pools with the combination drain covers. Ensure all pools and spas have VGBA-compliant drain covers and teach children to stay away from drains.

    CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the importer, iGarden.ai. iGarden.ai has been unresponsive to CPSC’s request for a recall of these swim jet combination drain covers.

    The swim jet combination drain cover, model P100, measures 14.02 inches long, 14.33 inches wide and 11.06 inches high. The swim jet combination drain cover consists of a silver metal housing with a large circular jet opening shaped using a ramjet-style nozzle in the front. The body and back of the housing has holes to pull in water. The drain cover comes with a control box, control box cover, mounting bracket, front wire cover, upper wire cover and remote control. The model “P100” can be found on the packaging and user manual.

    CPSC is aware the firm may have also sold similar swim jet combination drain covers in other models.

    Description: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to stop using CooCooBaby Baby Loungers immediately. The baby loungers violate the mandatory standard for Infant Sleep Products because the sides are shorter than the minimum side height limit to secure the infant; the sleeping pad’s thickness exceeds the maximum limit, posing a suffocation hazard; and an infant could fall out of an enclosed opening at the foot of the lounger or become entrapped. The portable loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard. These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants, posing a risk of serious injury or death.

    CPSC urges consumers to stop using the baby loungers immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous baby loungers.

    CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the retailer, CooCooBaby, doing business as CooCooBaby, of China. CooCooBaby has been uncooperative in the implementation of the recall announced on June 18, 2026, failing to provide the agreed upon remedy to consumers.

    Parents and caregivers are reminded:

    • The best place for an infant to sleep is on a firm, flat surface in a crib, bassinet or play yard.
    • Use a fitted sheet only and never add blankets, pillows, padded crib bumpers, or other items to an infant’s sleeping environment.
    • Infants should always be placed to sleep on their back. Infants who fall asleep in an inclined or upright position should be moved to a safe sleep environment with a firm, flat surface such as a crib, bassinet or play yard.

    The “Classic” and “Deluxe” CooCooBaby Baby Loungers are made of a foam sleeping pad and padded bumpers with a cloth cover and were sold in multiple styles and colors. The Deluxe lounger has buttons at the foot, and the Classic lounger has a ribbon tie at the foot. “CooCooBaby” and the manufacturing information can be found on tags on the side of both baby loungers.

    Description: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to stop using Flyboss 3-in 1 infant bouncers immediately because the bouncers can collapse while in use, posing a risk of impact injury to infants in the bouncer.

    The importer, Dougllass LLC, of Sheridan, Wyoming, has been unresponsive to CPSC requests for a recall or information about this product.

    CPSC urges consumers to stop using the Flyboss infant bouncers immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous products.

    The infant bouncers have three height settings. They were sold in multiple neutral colors, including off-white, gray and beige. They include an accessory bar with items such as a moon, star or animal hanging from the bar.

    The products were manufactured in China.

    CPSC is aware of 191 reports of the bouncer collapsing while in use, including 115 incidents in which the infant’s head struck the underlying surface. At least 20 consumers sought medical attention for their infant.

    Hazard: The recalled refrigerator magnets violate the mandatory standard for magnets because they contain loose magnets posing an ingestion hazard to children and can appeal to children or teens. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or other metal objects, and become lodged in the digestive system.
