    Hazard: The recalled magnetic building cubes contain magnets that can become loose if the cubes break or open, posing a magnet ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or other metal objects, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death.

    Description: This recall involves Goody King-branded Magnetic Building Cubes, which are magnetic cubes sold in sets of 45, 56, 100, 120, 150 and 300. The cubes contain small, powerful magnets that allow the cubes to stick together and create 3D designs. The sets are available in a variety of themed building/landscape designs and colors. The following model numbers are included in the recall:

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled magnetic building cubes immediately and contact Yi Suen Commerce for a full refund. Consumers will be provided with a pre-paid label to return the recalled magnetic cubes to receive a refund.

    Incidents/Injuries: Yi Suen Commerce is aware of two children who have ingested magnets from the cubes and required surgery to remove the magnets. Yi Suen Commerce is also aware of least 27 reports of the cubes breaking or opening, causing the magnets to become loose and accessible to children.

    Description: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to stop using Criblike aftermarket play yard and non-full-sized crib mattresses immediately. These mattresses are purchased separately from play yards and non-full-sized cribs. The Criblike aftermarket mattresses violate the mandatory standard for crib mattresses, as the mattresses may not adequately fit certain play yards or non-full-sized cribs, posing a deadly entrapment hazard. Babies can suffocate in gaps between an undersized mattress, or extra padding, and side walls of a product, especially when the infant’s face becomes trapped against the side and the mattress, preventing the infant from breathing. In addition, the non-full-sized crib mattresses tested by CPSC failed to meet the mandatory standard for mattress set flammability.

    The retailer, Zhujisibeixuxinxizixunfuwubu of China, doing business as Mengna, issued a joint recall on November 6, 2025 for units sold from June 2025 through September 2025, but has not agreed to implement a wider recall for the units sold beginning in May 2023 through May 2025.

    CPSC urges consumers to stop using the mattresses immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous mattresses.

    The mandatory standard for crib mattresses is designed to prevent infant injuries and deaths by enforcing specific requirements for aftermarket mattresses. It requires in part that aftermarket mattresses be tested and proven compatible with each specific model play yard or non-full-sized crib in which they are intended to be used. The use of aftermarket mattresses in non-compatible play yards and cribs is a serious hazard.

    Consumers looking to replace the mattress for their play yard or non-full-sized crib (often called a “mini crib”) should look for those that specify use in their particular model.

    The Criblike Pack and Play mattresses, models XCD-001 and XCD-002, come in white and are approximately 38 inches by 26 inches. The Criblike Mini-crib mattresses, model MNCL-001, come in white and are approximately 38 inches by 24 inches and are labeled with a manufacture date of March 2025 or earlier. “Criblike” and the model number are printed on labels located on the end of the product.

    This safety warning does not apply to model MNCL-001 units with a manufacture date beginning in April 2025 that are used with a Dream on Me Model 628 Mini crib. MNCL-001 units that are used with all other non-full-sized cribs or play yards are subject to this safety warning.

    CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Henanlinhongxinnengyuanyouxiangongsi, doing business as Linhong New Energy, of China. Linhong New Energy has been unresponsive to CPSC’s request to recall these crib bumpers or offer a remedy to consumers.

    Parents and caregivers are reminded:

    The best place for an infant to sleep is on a firm, flat surface in a crib, bassinet or play yard.

    Use a fitted sheet only and never add blankets, pillows, padded crib bumpers, or other items to an infant’s sleeping environment.

    Infants should always be placed to sleep on their back. Infants who fall asleep in an inclined or upright position should be moved to a safe sleep environment with a firm, flat surface such as a crib, bassinet or play yard.

    This warning involves LDLXLHTE-branded crib bumpers. The padded crib bumpers are white with an animal print on one side and pink with flower patterns on the other and have pink ribbons. CPSC is aware the firm may have also sold this product in other colors/patterns.

These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment and can cause death or serious injury to infants.

    CPSC urges consumers to stop using the baby loungers immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous baby loungers.

    CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the retailer, Sarnia Sales LLC, doing business as Joyful Journeys, of Issaquah, Washington. Joyful Journeys previously agreed to recall these hazardous baby loungers but is now out of business and unable to offer refunds to consumers.

The baby loungers were sold in the following styles: green avocado, blue dinosaur, blue lambs, blue zoo animals, green minky, neutral elephants, pink zoo animals, and white minky. “Joyful Journeys” can be found on a tag stitched on the outside of the lounger cover and on a label stitched directly onto the back of the lounger.

    The toy sets consist of magnetic building sticks in light purple, dark pink, blue, orange, red, yellow, dark purple, dark green, light pink and light green. The sets include steel balls and a grey drawstring storage pouch. The sets are sold in a box with the words “3D Building Blocks” on the front.

    Description: This recall involves Topyond white pool drain port with cover, sold as a Port Replacement Drainer for swimming pools. The plastic unit comes in a cardboard box with “SP-2850V” printed in bold, and a label which reads: “X004F4YG5X, Topyond Pool Drain Port Repl. MADE IN CHINA”. Included in the box are stainless steel screws. The Topyond Pool Drain Port measures 9.1 inches by 6.7 inches and has a 2.3-inch opening for connection. There is no labeling or product identification on the product itself.

    Remedy: Pool owners, pool operators and consumers should stop using pools with the recalled pool drain port and cover immediately and contact Topyond for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should remove the drain cover from the pool, write “RECALL” with a marker on the cover, take a photo, then dispose of it. If feasible, disable the drain cover by cutting the perimeter structure to prevent reinstallation or further functional use. Send the photo to Topyond by email at topyondrecal@outlook.com. Ensure all pools and spas have VGBA-compliant drain covers and teach children to stay away from drains.

    Name of Product: Junpower CR2032 Batteries

    Hazard: The lithium coin batteries are not sold in child-resistant packaging and do not bear the warning labels as required under Reese’s Law. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, including internal chemical burns and death.

    Units: About 67,000

    Description: This recall involves Junpower CR2032 Batteries (20 pieces) in specific packaging (Packaging model 2023-V3). The product is packaged in a white box labeled “JUNPOWER Household Batteries,” with four packs inside, each pack contains five batteries.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled coin batteries immediately, place them in an area that children cannot access and contact Junpower for a free replacement battery. Consumers should visit Junpower’s recall page at https://www.cognitoforms.com/Junpower2032/recall and follow instructions to register for the recall. Consumers will be asked to write in permanent marker the date, their initials and the word “Recalled” on the product. Consumers should submit a photo of the marked product and properly dispose of the batteries to receive a replacement battery.

    Note: Button cell and coin batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.
