Name of Product: VEVOR baby loungers

Hazard: The recalled baby loungers violate the mandatory safety standard for infant sleep products. The sides are too low to contain an infant and the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed, posing serious risks of fall and entrapment hazards to infants. In addition, the baby loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on elevated surfaces. These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment and can cause death or serious injury.

Description: This recall involves VEVOR baby loungers. The recalled baby loungers are made of a foam sleeping pad and padded bumpers with a cloth cover and have a ribbon at one end. They were sold in the following colors and prints: snow deer, good night, forest friends (oval), forest friends (backpack), and green. “VEVOR” is printed on an attached tag on the outside of the baby lounger’s cover.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled baby loungers immediately and contact Vevor for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to remove the foam and pad from the baby lounger’s cover and cut the cover, foam and pad in half. Consumers will email photos of the destroyed pieces to recalling@vevor.com to receive a full refund.

Description: This recall involves Topyond white pool drain port with cover, sold as a Port Replacement Drainer for swimming pools. The plastic unit comes in a cardboard box with “SP-2850V” printed in bold, and a label which reads: “X004F4YG5X, Topyond Pool Drain Port Repl. MADE IN CHINA”. Included in the box are stainless steel screws. The Topyond Pool Drain Port measures 9.1 inches by 6.7 inches and has a 2.3-inch opening for connection. There is no labeling or product identification on the product itself.

Remedy: Pool owners, pool operators and consumers should stop using pools with the recalled pool drain port and cover immediately and contact Topyond for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should remove the drain cover from the pool, write “RECALL” with a marker on the cover, take a photo, then dispose of it. If feasible, disable the drain cover by cutting the perimeter structure to prevent reinstallation or further functional use. Send the photo to Topyond by email at topyondrecal@outlook.com. Ensure all pools and spas have VGBA-compliant drain covers and teach children to stay away from drains.

Description: This recall involves Gigglescape Under the Sea Popping Toys. The recalled toys have a clear plastic dome attached to a blue plastic base shaped like a whale. There are colored balls inside the dome, which pop up when the child pushes an external plunger at the top of the dome. The recalled popping toys have the Gigglescape brand printed on the front of the package and imprinted on the bottom of the blue plastic base.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled toy immediately and return it to any Target store for a full refund or contact Target to receive a prepaid return label to return the Gigglescape Under The Sea Popping Toy by mail.

Incidents/Injuries: Target is aware of nine reports of the dome detaching, allowing access to the plastic balls, with one report of a child that began to choke.

Description: This recall involves certain Amana brand Window-Room-Air-Conditioners and Through the Wall air conditioners or heat pumps. The products are white-colored, and the brand name is printed on most of the units’ control covers. The units are used to provide room climate control. They most often are installed at hotels, apartment buildings, and commercial spaces.

The model number is located on the front of the unit on the front edge of the base pan on a white sticker. Recalled units have a model number beginning with PB, AH or AE. The serial number is under the bar code that is under the model number. The model numbers in the recall include:

Through the Wall (TTW): PBH113J35AA (Heat Pump), PBH093J35AA (Heat Pump), PBH073J35AA (Heat Pump), PBE123J35AA (Air Conditioner), PBE093J35AA (Air Conditioner)

Incidents/Injuries: DCT has received one report of plastic on the unit melting. No injuries have been reported.

Description: This recall involves the Super Off-Road 12,000 mAh Solar Wireless Power Bank, a power bank with solar charging capability. The product can be used to charge devices wirelessly. The power bank is black and measures about 3.4 inches wide by 6.5 inches high.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled power banks immediately and visit spectroandco.com/recall to register for a full refund. The refund will be in the form of a check which will be mailed to consumers. Consumers should dispose of the camera in accordance with local and state regulations.

Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, in the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. Before taking your battery or device to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries. If it does not, contact your municipality for further guidance.

Description: This recall involves the Lomi Roll-On Waxing Kit with Wax Cartridge & Wax Strips, model numbers LOMB2003PK and LOMB2004PK. The recalled boxed kits included a handheld wax warmer, a wax cartridge, wax strips, a power cord and a user’s manual. The Lomi logo is printed on the front of the white and pink warmer and on the outside of the product packaging. The model number is printed on a label on the bottom of the wax warmer.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled waxing kits immediately and contact Southern Telecom for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the kits by unplugging the warmer’s electrical cord, cutting it in half, and upload a photo of the destroyed product, showing the cut electrical cord, to https://support.customersupport123.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Consumers should then dispose of the destroyed product.

Incidents/Injuries: Southern Telecom has received two additional reports of the warmer power cord overheating. No injuries have been reported.
