Description: This recall involves the Spritz Taper Resin Hanukkah Dino Menorah.  The menorahs are blue, made of polymer resin and measure 6 inches high x 13 inches long. They can hold up to nine tapered candles in the metal candle cups located on the dinosaur’s back. The model number “240-14-1380” is printed on the product’s hang tag located on the dinosaur’s neck.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled menorahs and return them to any Target store for a full refund in the form of a Target gift card or refund in the original form of payment. Consumers may also contact Target to receive a prepaid return label to return the menorah by mail.

Incidents/Injuries: Target has received 58 reports of the menorahs scorching, charring, melting or catching on fire. No injuries have been reported.

Sold At: Target stores nationwide and online at Target.com from October 2024 through January 2025 for about $15.

Description: This recall involves the black Youth Solitude Rain Jacket sold in youth sizes XS through L. They are made with waterproof nylon, have a retractable drawstring in the hood and have the AFTCO logo on the front. The internal label has the company’s logo above the size, care instructions, fiber content and country of origin information. The model number is BJ05. The jackets are black and were sold in the following size ranges: XS (5-6), S (6-7), M (8-10) and L (10-12).

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled jackets away from children and remove the drawstrings to eliminate the strangulation hazard. Consumers can either return the jacket to AFTCO for a full refund or upload a photo of the jacket without the drawstring and receive a $25 gift card. Consumers should go to www.aftco.com/recall to participate in the recall. AFTCO is contacting all known purchasers.

Name of Product: 6-in-1 Pounding Games

Hazard: The recalled 6-in-1 Pounding Game violates the mandatory federal regulation for magnets because it contains a magnet that can become loose, posing an ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract to each other, or another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.

The bird has a strong magnet embedded in its beak and can break off.

Description: This recall involves the Multi-Mode Sleep Lamp with model number BBL-MM-LAMP. The lamp has three color modes: Noblue Amber Mode (yellow), Sunset Mixed Mode (orange) and Twilight Red Mode (red). The lamp is white and measures about 6.3 inches by 5.5 inches by 3 inches. 

Note: Recalled lithium-ion batteries should be disposed of in accordance with any local and state ordinances, following the procedures established by your municipal recycling center for damaged/defective/recalled lithium batteries, because these potentially hazardous batteries must be handled differently than other batteries. Do not throw this recalled battery in the trash. Do not deposit this recalled battery in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores.

The two-piece, short sleeve pajama sets were sold in blue (SKU 2407018985445734), pink (SKU 2407082184653588), purple (SKU 2406274753471153) and orange (SKU 2404283444125106), and have a pocket on the left side of the top of the pajama sets. The pajamas were sold in sizes 8Y, 9Y, 10Y, 11Y and 12Y. “SHEIN” and the size are printed on sewn-in neck label and the SKU number is printed on a seam label.

Description: This recall involves Wemfg’s children’s multi-purpose bike helmets. The helmets were sold in size small (S), fitting a head circumference of about 19-1/2 to 21-1/4 inches; and in the following multiple color combinations: blue/pink, green/blue, green/blue/purple, pink/blue/green, pink/purple/pink, pink/yellow/green, purple/pink/blue and purple/pink/yellow. All helmets have black padding, black straps and a black and red buckle. The helmets have a black and red plastic knob at the back of the helmet for adjusting the fitting. The model “MD-710-S” is printed on a white label on the inside of the helmet.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Wemfg for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, take a photo of the detached straps, and send it with their Amazon order number to the recalling firm by email at 961837339@qq.com. After submitting proof of destruction, consumers should dispose of the recalled helmet. Wemfg and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

Description: This recall involves certain VINs of Model Year 2021-2024 RZR 200 youth vehicles. The vehicles were sold in the following colors: blue, gray and white. POLARIS is stamped on the front grille and POLARIS and RZR are printed on the sides of the vehicles. The model name is also printed on the side of the chassis. The VIN is stamped on a plate riveted to the upper frame rail visible from the right rear wheel well.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair to replace the steering rack assembly. Polaris has notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and is contacting registered owners directly.

Incidents/Injuries: Polaris has received 32 reports of the steering system locking, including two reports of crashes and two reports of rollover/tip over, which resulted in two injuries involving abrasions.

Sold At: Polaris dealers nationwide from May 2021 through September 2023 for between $6,300 and $7,500.
