    Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers immediately to stop using IxDregan Infant Swings because the swings were marketed for infant sleep and have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees in violation of the Safe Sleep for Babies Act, posing a suffocation hazard. In addition, the swings fail to meet mandatory warning requirements under federal regulations for infant swings. These products create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants and can cause death or serious injury to infants.

    Furthermore, the swings labeled with “Model: WS-HB18-4” violate the mandatory federal regulations for consumer products containing button cell and coin batteries. The remote control for the swings contain a lithium coin battery, and the products do not bear the warning labels required under Reese’s Law. If button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, including internal chemical burns and death.

    CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Shanghai Yunmiu E-commerce Co. Ltd., of China, doing business as IxDregan. IxDregan is not recalling these infant swings or offering a remedy to consumers.

    The infant swings were sold online at Amazon.com and IxDregan.com for between $110 and $140. The swings are labeled with models “WS-HB18-4” or “WS-HB18-2” and “Importer: MBQMBSS” and have a white base. The cloth around the seat is gray and may have a mixed multicolor checked pattern. The labels are located on a tag under the seat.

    These products were manufactured in China.

    CPSC urges consumers to stop using the infant swings immediately and dispose of them in accordance with local disposal requirements. Do not sell or give away these hazardous infant swings.

    Note: Button cell and coin batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures. 

    Parents and caregivers are reminded: 

    Infants should always be placed to sleep on their back. Infants who fall asleep in an inclined or upright position should be moved to a safe sleep environment with a firm, flat surface such as a crib, bassinet or play yard. 

    The best place for an infant to sleep is on a firm, flat surface in a crib, bassinet or play yard. 

    Use a fitted sheet only and never add blankets, pillows, padded crib bumpers, or other items to an infant’s sleeping environment.

The swings are labeled “Baby Swing” and “Model Number: WS-HB182.” The label is located on the bottom of the seat of the swing.

They were sold in a blue space-themed pattern and have a black base with a touch-screen panel, a star and a moon hanging plush toys, a pillow, a seat cover and a mosquito net with canopy. They measure about 25.5 inches in length, 25.5 inches in width and 20.8 inches in height and come with a remote control and a USB cable. “Model No.: S-Y608” and “Baby cradle swing” are printed on a label located under the seat.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled infant swings immediately and contact Eonroacoo for a full refund. Consumers should send a photo of the swing cover cut in half, and of the swing with “Recalled” written with permanent marker on its base, to eonroacoorecall@126.com and then dispose the swing in accordance with local and state laws.     Description: This recall involves tip-over restraint kits that were sold with chests and dressers. The kits were packaged in a red plastic bag containing a plastic zip tie, two white plastic brackets, four screws, two white plastic drywall anchors and an instruction sheet. “American Bolt & Screw MFG CO. LTD, ADDRESS: American Bolt & Screw, 600 S WANAMAKER AVE., ONTARIO, CA 91761,” and “MANUFACTURING DATE: JUNE 20, 2023” or “MANUFACTURING DATE: January 20, 2024” are printed on the bag and on the instruction sheet. The kits were distributed with certain clothing storage units manufactured by Canyon Furniture including chests and dressers in the Canyon Lake, Canyon River, Cottage Colors, Creekside 2.0, Ivy League 2.0, and Modern Colors furniture lines. Affected clothing storage units have a white label on the back of the unit that says “Canyon Furniture Co.” in black text, as well as a model number beginning with “CANY” and the manufacture date.

    Remedy: Consumers should contact American Bolt and Screw to get a free replacement tip-over restraint kit. All known purchasers are being contacted directly by American Bolt and Screw. Consumers can contact Rooms to Go for assistance in determining whether their chest or dresser came with the affected tip-over restraint kit. Keep children away from the unit while waiting for a replacement tip kit. Consumers should dispose of the recalled tip-over restraint in their household trash once they have installed the replacement tip-over restraint.

    Description: This recall involves the Brunch & Go Stroller Toy. The model number (HGB85) is located on the tag attached to the toast. The toy features a pretend avocado toast and three attachments: a mirror tomato, a crinkle bacon and an egg teether.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled stroller toys, keep them away from children, and contact Fisher-Price to receive a free replacement stroller toy. Consumers will be asked to permanently mark the egg component of the stroller toy with the word “Recall” and the unique identifier, and upload a photo of the marked toy at https://service.mattel.com/us/recall.aspx. Upon receipt of the replacement confirmation email, consumers should dispose of the recalled product in the trash.     Incidents/Injuries: Fisher-Price has received five reports of the yolk of the toy egg cracking and breaking. In two reports, an infant had a small piece in their mouth. No injuries have been reported.

    Name of Product: Babyjoy Convertible 6-in-1 High Chair Activity Centers

    Hazard: The recalled high chair activity centers violate the federal regulations for high chairs and stationary activity centers.  The high chair activity centers pose a deadly entrapment hazard because the leg openings in the seat of the stationary activity center are too wide and a child can become entrapped in it, which is a violation of the federal regulation for stationary activity centers. In addition, the tray can disengage and a child can fall, which is a violation of the federal regulation for high chairs, posing a serious injury hazard.

The model “HY-99” is located on the bottom of the box. The multicolor sets are sold in a box with the label “Multifunctional Puzzle” on the front and back.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled Multifunctional Puzzle Crab Toy immediately, keep it away from children and contact JinJiang Baimei to receive a pre-paid label to return the recalled magnetic pieces for a full refund. JinJiang Baimei and Walmart.com are notifying all known purchasers directly.
