    Description: This recall involves Mockingbird Single-to-Double Strollers. Mockingbird Single-to-Double Strollers are made of aluminum and are black or silver in color. The seats are black, and the canopies are available in black, light blue, dark blue, pink and light green. The recall includes only Mockingbird Single-to-Double Strollers with a lot number between 20091 and 22602. The lot number is a five-digit number that can be found on the white product label located on the inner left side of the stroller frame near the top of the basket.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Single-to-Double strollers and contact Mockingbird to receive a free frame reinforcement kit, which includes two frame clamps that attach to the sides of the stroller to reinforce the frame. Mockingbird is contacting all known purchasers directly.

    Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 138 reports of cracks in the frame, including eight injuries involving cuts, scratches or bruising to children in the strollers.

    Description: This recall involves the Kidoozie brand My First Activity Desk, a children’s toy that can be used in the crib, on a tabletop or on the floor. The toy has adjustable crib straps, four removable legs and requires batteries. It was sold in white, has buttons of various shapes and sizes and was marketed for children 12 months and older. The model number and product name “G02587 My First Activity Desk” is located on the underside on the desk.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the toys away from children, stop using them and contact Epoch Everlasting Play for a free replacement or a full refund.  The company will provide consumers with a pre-paid shipping label to return the recalled activity desk.

    Description: The recall involves the brass water tap on the Big Game Hunters Mud Kitchen, a children’s outdoor play kitchen made of untreated and unpainted natural wood.  The Mud Kitchen was sold in two styles – Single and Triple (a/k/a XL).  The Single Mud Kitchen includes a plastic wash tub, plastic water dispenser, pretend stove, slide-out counter and a brass water tap (to attach a garden hose) and is 43.25 inches wide (56 inches with counter fully extended), 16.5 inches deep and 36 inches tall.  The Triple (a/k/a XL) Mud Kitchen additionally includes two cabinets with doors, two additional pretend burners and controls for the pretend stove, a water dispenser, and two storage shelves, and is 32 inches wide (44 inches with counter fully extended), 18 inches deep and 34.5 inches tall.  A five-digit lot code is located on the outer packaging.  The first two digits of the lot code are LO, the third and fourth digits are numbers, and the last digit is the letter O or P. 

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Big Game Hunters Mud Kitchen, remove and dispose of the brass water tap, and contact DOM Enterprises & Mfg. Ltd. (“DOM Sports”) for a free replacement water tap. Consumers will be contacted through Amazon’s messaging platform.

The ride-on toy is made with plush light blue fabric with spots and is in the shape of the cartoon dog character Blue’s Clues.  The ride-on toy has four wheels and has handlebars tucked behind the dog’s ears. The ride-on toy is intended for toddlers 1-1/2 to 3 years old. The model number is 55061 with the date codes of 15221,15921, 19921, 21021, 22321, 23721, 26821, 28821 or 29421. The date code and model number are on the label located under the body of the product near the sound unit and battery door.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled ride-on toy away from children and stop using it. Contact the firm for a free kit with instructions to install a new stop bar on the ride-on toy.

    Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 19 reports of children falling forward while they were riding the toy, resulting in 18 facial injuries.

    Clek, Inc. (Clek) is recalling certain Olli booster seats, model number OL12U2 manufactured
    between January 20, 2020 and May 10, 2022, and Ozzi booster seats, model number OZ11U2,
    manufactured between March 1, 2020 and May 10, 2022. The installation diagram displaying
    the proper way to install the booster seat with a continuous-loop lap/shoulder belt is missing.
    As such, these child seats fails to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle
    Safety Standard number 213, “Child Restraint Systems.”

The tight-fitting sleepwear was sold in children’s sizes 12M, 18M, 2T, 3T, 4T and 5T. “Made by Copper Pearl,” size and RN 151055 are printed at the neck.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled sleepwear away from children and contact Copper Pearl for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the sleepwear directly from Copper Pearl will be contacted via email and provided prepaid mailers to return the garment(s) for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the sleepwear at retail locations will be asked to destroy the garments by cutting them in half and sending the firm a photo of the destroyed product, including the neck label. Upon receipt of the photos, consumers will be issued a full refund and a 20% off discount code towards another purchase.

The toys on the table are made of wood and metal. The tables are black, white and natural wood colors. The top of the table includes removable stacking toy animals, a xylophone, bead maze, sorting and stacking puzzles and a train track.  The center maze pulls up to access a fabric storage pouch that is attached to the table.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled activity tables, store them away in a place children cannot access until repaired, and contact Asweets for a free repair kit, including shipping. The repair kit includes a replacement tabletop that includes a block sorting activity in place of the xylophone.

    Incidents/Injuries: Asweets has received five reports of screws on the xylophone becoming loose or detaching. No injuries have been reported.

The sewn-in neck label displays the fiber content, washing instructions and “Made in China.” The sewn-in side seam label displays the garment’s size.
