Description: This recall involves Heritage Store Hydrogen Peroxide Mouthwash in Wintermint and Eucalyptus Mint flavors. The bottles are a dark opaque brown with a white lid. The pink and white label on the front of the bottles displays the Heritage Store logo, product name and flavor. All lots are included in the recall.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately store the recalled mouthwash in a safe location out of reach and sight of children, and contact Nutraceutical Corporation for a full refund or free replacement product, including shipping, depending on availability. Consumers will be asked to dispose of the product. Nutraceutical is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Description: The “Minecraft All Over Creeper TNT” garment is a hooded one-piece pajama with a soft, raised fabric printed with green Creepers and TNTs from the Minecraft video game. There are bright green cuffs on the wrists and ankles, a bright green zipper that extends from the neck to the waist, and a hood. On the front of the neck label is the word “Minecraft” and on the back of the label is “2023 Mojang AB. TM Microsoft Corporation”. On the front of the side-seam label is Vanilla Underground’s logo, “Vanilla Underground”, “vanillaunderground.com” and Vanilla Underground’s address. The back of the side-seam label lists the washing instructions, “Made in China”, “100% Polyester” and “Keep away from fire”. 

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children, stop using them and contact Vanilla Underground for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them in accordance with local and state recycling laws. Consumers should send a photo of the destroyed garment to customercare@vanillaunderground.com. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price.

Description: This recall involves Oso & Me’s 100% cotton children’s long sleeve, two-piece pajama sets. The “Animal Party” style pajama sets are light blue with dark blue velvet piping, and have a print of lions, zebras, flamingos, monkeys, and bears. The recalled pajama sets were sold in sizes 3Y, 4Y, 5Y, 6Y, 7Y and 8Y and come with a reusable cotton gift bag with matching fabric. “Oso & Me” and the size are printed on the neck label and waist band label. “RN15567”, “Made in Sri Lanka”, and the care instructions appear on the side seam.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the children’s pajamas immediately and contact Oso & Me for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the product will be asked to destroy the garment by cutting the top and bottom in half, and sending the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment to ProductRecall@osoandme.com. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price.

When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract to each other, or another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.

The game includes about nine animal pieces to fish with, in addition to four toy fishing rods, four toy fishing nets, a set of four markers, instructions to play the game, and a waterproof storage bag. Batch number X002903XZT323 is printed on the side of the game’s box.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled fishing game immediately, take it away from children and contact Huihuang Trading to receive a pre-paid label to return the recalled products. Upon receipt of the products, consumers will receive a full refund. Huihuang Trading Inc. is notifying all known purchasers directly.

Incidents/Injuries: None reported. CPSC estimates 2,400 magnet ingestions were treated in hospital emergency departments from 2017 through 2021. CPSC is aware of seven deaths since 2005 involving the ingestion of hazardous magnets, including two outside of the United States.

Description: This recall involves certain units of the 2023 Slide & Seek Ball Runs, which are wooden toys with a plastic ball ramp that is included in Lovevery’s Babbler Play Kits for children aged 13 to 15 months. The recalled units of the Ball Run have a wooden knob on the door, do not have a Lovevery logo engraved on the bottom, and do not have a green sticker on the inside wall of the door with the wooden knob. 

Remedy: Consumers with a recalled ball run should immediately take it away from children, stop using it, and contact Lovevery for a free replacement. Consumers will receive a free replacement after registering on the firm’s website, removing and marking the affected door with a specific case number (which will be emailed to known purchasers), uploading a photo of their marked door to www.recallrtr.com/ballrun, and affirming to Lovevery that the door will be disposed of in the trash. Lovevery is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Incidents/Injuries: Lovevery has received 33 reports of the wooden knob detaching during shipping and six reports of the wooden knob detaching after shipment. No injuries have been reported.

Name of Product: NextGen Children’s Bicycles

Hazard: The bicycles do not meet U.S. safety standards for bicycles, posing crash and injury hazards to children. The 10-inch, 12-inch, and 16-inch bicycles are equipped with hand brakes but no footbrakes. The 20-inch bicycles are not equipped with a chain guard and the pedals do not come with reflectors. Federal regulations require bicycles with seat heights that measure at or below 25 inches to be equipped with foot brakes and require a full coverage chain guard, intended to prevent entrapment of clothing or body parts.
