    Name of Product: Yoocaa baby loungers

    Hazard: The recalled loungers fail to meet the safety requirements of CPSC’s Infant Sleep Products Rule, creating an unsafe sleeping environment for infants and posing a suffocation risk and fall and entrapment hazards to infants. The failures include not having a stand and not meeting the requirements for side height and fabric-sided openings. The product’s sides are shorter than the minimum side height limit; the sleeping pad’s thickness exceeds the maximum limit; and an infant could fall out of an enclosed opening at the foot of the lounger or become entrapped.

    Description: This recall involves baby loungers made of a cloth cover with a foam sleeping pad and padded bumper. The baby loungers were advertised as “baby lounger” and “baby nest” and were sold in different printed fabrics and colors, including animal, blue star, cloud, feather, flower, forest, leaf, pink star, polar bear and zoo. “SLEEPING SET” is printed on a tag sewn on the interior of the cover.  

    The recall applies to products purchased on or after June 23, 2022, and consumers should review their Amazon purchase history to determine their purchase date. Consumers who still have the packaging can also review the packaging for a label that states the date of manufacture, marked in the format “LOT: YYYYMMDD.” This recall applies to products manufactured with “LOT” markings on the packaging of 20220623 (representing June 23, 2022) or later dates. 

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled baby loungers and contact Yoocaa Direct for instructions on how to receive a full refund and properly dispose of the product. Yoocaa Direct and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

    Description: This recall involves Segway Ninebot KickScooters with model number P100S and a manufacture date in 2023. The affected units have serial numbers containing the date codes 2308 or greater (e.g., xxxxx2308xxxxx, xxxx2310xxxxx, xxxxx2311xxxxx). The serial number is located on the left side of the KickScooter. The 6th and 7th digits represent the year of manufacture, and the 8th and 9th digits represent the week of manufacture. The product is black and gray with red accents, and the Segway label is on the rear fender. The KickScooter is 46 inches long, 25 inches wide and 50 inches high, and weighs about 72.5 pounds.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled KickScooters and contact Segway for a free repair. Segway will direct consumers to a local store for the repair (where available) or provide a prepaid shipping label to ship the product to a national service center for repair. Segway is contacting all known purchasers directly.

    Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 31 reports of broken front forks, including six reports of injuries, including a fracture, cuts, scrapes, bruises and shoulder pain.

    Description: This recall involves Nerf Barrage Youth bike helmets. The helmets have a blue/orange exterior, black straps, an orange buckle, and are size medium (M). NERF is printed in white lettering on the sides of the helmet. Model 6011 is printed on a label on the inside of the helmet. The lot number (LOT#) and reference number (REF#) can be found on the same label on the inside of the helmet. Only helmets with LOT# BC01BJ01-200623 and REF# 5382-BL and LOT# BC01BJ01-111521 and REF# 4970-BL are included in this recall.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled Nerf Barrage helmets immediately and contact Todson Inc. for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, then take a photo, and send the photo to the recalling firm by email at NerfHelmetRecall@Todson.com. After submitting proof of destruction, consumers should dispose of the recalled helmet. Todson is contacting all known purchasers directly.

    Recall Summary

    Britax Child Safety, Inc. (Britax) is recalling certain One4Life Slim ClickTight All-in-One car seats with model numbers E1D197A, E1D197B, E1D197F and E1D17G. The labels and user guide incorrectly state the maximum rear-facing lower anchor weight. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, “Child Restraint Systems.”
    Remedy
    Britax will mail owners new labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 18, 2024. Owners may contact Britax customer service at 1-833-474-7016.

    Description: This recall involves Petidoux’s short sleeve/shorts children’s pajama set, advertised as “Celebration Girl’s Summer Pajamas”. The 100% cotton pajama top and bottom are white with an allover firework print in the colors red, white and blue. The top has blue trim on the sleeves and collar, and a small, blue bow on the center of the collar. The shorts have blue trim on the bottom. The pajama sets were sold in sizes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12. The neck is printed with a label in both English and French. The English is printed on the left and states “Petidoux”, “WEAR SNUG-FITTING NOT FLAME RESISTANT”, “100% PIMA COTTON”, “Designed in New York”, “Made in Peru”, “RN 143635”, the size, washing instructions and lot number #713705.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children, stop using them, and contact Petidoux for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the garments by cutting the top and bottom in half and disposing of them in accordance with local and state recycling procedures. Consumers must send a photo of the destroyed garment to customerservice@petidoux.com. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will have the option of receiving a full refund or a store credit worth 1.25 times the purchase price.

    Description: This recall involves the ORIGINAL 6 bicycles from model years 2016 to 2020 and OFF 5 & OFF AIR 5 and OFF 6 & OFF AIR 6 bicycles from model years 2019 to 2020. The bikes are designed for children between 10 and 14 years old. “woom” is displayed on the sides of the downtube in white letters. It is also visible on the front of the headtube. The ORIGINAL 6 bikes were sold in red, green, blue, purple, and yellow colors. The OFF mountain bikes were available in black frames with silver forks.

    Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact woom bikes USA for instructions on how to get a free replacement crankset. Consumers can use the online crank checker tool found at woom.com to determine if their bicycle is affected by the recall. Consumers with affected cranksets will be sent a free replacement that must be installed by a bike repair technician at their preferred bike shop. Reimbursement in the way of a check will be issued for the consumer’s crank replacement expense upon submission of the repair receipt. All known purchasers are being contacted directly by woom.
