Description: This recall involves RH Baby & Child Jeune French Contemporary Upholstered Panel Cribs, with the following first six digits in the SKU number: 113210, 113313 and 113754. The wooden crib measures about 30 inches wide, 55 ½ inches long and 42 inches high, and were sold in brushed gray oak, brushed light oak, and brushed white oak finishes. The crib has upholstered end and lower panels and three adjustable mattress height settings, and can convert into a toddler bed. The SKU numbers are printed on the receipt, and on a label located on the inner-lower portion of the upholstered panel.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cribs and contact RH to receive a full refund of the purchase price, or a new replacement crib with shipping at no charge. If no receipt is available, the consumer will receive a $1,260 cash refund, credit, or a new replacement crib with shipping at no charge. RH will provide free pickup of the recalled crib, and is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received two reports of a metal insert loosening and detaching. No injuries have been reported.

Hazard: The swings pose a suffocation risk because they were marketed, intended, or designed for infant sleep, and they have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees in violation of the federal safety regulations for Infant Sleep Products and the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. The swings also violate other requirements for infant swings and the labeling requirements for Reese’s Law because the remote contains a button or coin-cell battery.

Description: This recall involves travel bassinets sold in dark gray, blue, light gray, pink, purple and sky blue. The bassinets fold open and closed, and have a mesh mosquito net that folds over the top. The model name “New Moon” is printed on the canopy, and the mattresses have a star pattern. The bassinets come with a bag with handles on the top. The brand “beberoad LOVE” is printed on the top of the bag.

Only bassinets manufactured on or after June 23, 2022 are included in this recall. The model name, model number TB999-1, and manufacture date in DD/YYYY format are located on the bottom of the bassinet in a sewn-in tag.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bassinets and contact Beberoadlove for instructions on how to receive a full refund, and how to properly dispose of the product. Beberoadlove and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard: The recalled light-up jelly ring toys violate the mandatory federal battery-operated toy regulation because the rings contain button cell batteries that fit within CPSC’s small parts cylinder, and can be easily accessed without requiring the use of a common household tool. When button cell batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death, posing an ingestion hazard to children.

Description: This recall involves Avocado-branded Organic Cotton Mattress Pad Protectors sold in sizes Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King. All sizes were sold in both a Standard Pocket and Deep Pocket version. The quilted, ivory-color mattress pads are made of cotton ticking and cotton fiber fill. Attached to the mattress pad is a law label listing “Model SFMPAVORG”, manufacturer name, date of delivery, date of manufacture, fiber content, and washing instructions.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mattress pads and contact Avocado Green Mattress to obtain a free replacement mattress pad, including shipping, at no charge. WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to immediately stop using and dispose of ZonLi Home Baby Loungers because they pose suffocation, fall and entrapment hazards for infants.

The baby loungers violate federal safety regulations for Infant Sleep Productsbecause the sides are too low to contain the infant; the sleeping pad is too thick, posing a suffocation hazard; an infant could fall out of an enclosed opening at the foot of the lounger or become entrapped; and the loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on elevated surfaces. These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants.

The loungers were sold online at Amazon.com from December 2022 through February 2024 for between about $27 and $50. “ZONLI HOME” is printed on a tag sewn onto the interior of the lounger’s removable pink fabric cover. CPSC tested the pink baby lounger, and CPSC is aware ZonLi Home branded baby loungers were also sold on Amazon.com in additional fabric colors and prints including beige, mint green, natural and pink elephant.  

CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to a seller of the ZonLi Home Baby Lounger, Jiujiangsanyinglaowufuwuyouxiangongsi, of China, doing business as Sarah-Home and Kuang JinLong, but the firm has not agreed to recall these loungers or offer a remedy to consumers. In addition, ZonLi Home baby loungers were sold by several other sellers on Amazon.com, including Thirdream, qinghua che doing business as ZONLI HOME, yongxiang wang doing business as ZoniLi Home, Viki Direct, and AmazingDealz1.

CPSC urges consumers to stop using and destroy all ZonLi Home baby loungers immediately.  To destroy the product, first remove the fabric cover. Cut-up the lounger cover and interior sleeping pad, and then dispose of the pieces in the trash or textile recycling, in accordance with local garbage collection policies.

Although the Infant Sleep Products regulation is applicable to products manufactured on or after June 23, 2022, these loungers do not have a required date of manufacture labeled on the product or packaging, and therefore, CPSC urges consumers to stop using all ZonLi Home baby loungers. Further, CPSC continues to advise firms to stop sale of non-compliant infant sleep products regardless of the date of manufacture.

Parents and caregivers are reminded:

• The best place for an infant to sleep is on a firm, flat surface in a crib, bassinet or play yard.
• Use a fitted sheet only and never add blankets, pillows, padded crib bumpers, or other items to an infant’s sleeping environment.
• Infants should always be placed to sleep on their back. Infants who fall asleep in an inclined or upright position should be moved to a safe sleep environment with a firm, flat surface such as a crib, bassinet or play yard.

Description: This recall involves Lovely Angel children’s lace nightgowns sold in six colors, including black, lavender, watermelon, beige, green and red. The short-sleeved nightgowns have white lace trim on the chest area and on the bottom hem, and a white ribbon bow at the collar. They were sold in children’s sizes ranging from 3Y to 12Y. Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children, stop using them, and contact Lovely Angel to receive a full refund.
