The “MINECRAFT” logo is printed on the front of the packaging and the model number is printed on the back of the packaging. The bracelets include three pre-installed button cell batteries.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Minecraft Light-Up Ruler Bracelets and take them away from children. Contact Innovative Designs for information on disposal and for a full refund. Consumers will need to email a photograph of disposal to info@innovativenyc.com to receive the refund.

Note: Button cell and coin batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.

Incidents/Injuries: Innovative Designs has received one report of a battery separating from the toy. No injuries have been reported.

The top two drawers are half the width of the dresser, and the bottom three drawers are the full width. Model number “AP23-W” is printed on the product packaging.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dressers if they are not anchored to a wall and place them in an area where children cannot access them. Description: This recall involves FENGQS F7 Pro electric bikes with batteries manufactured on April 21, 2024. The e-bikes were sold in blue. “FENGQS” is printed on the downtube and the model number “F7 Pro” is printed on the chain stay, near the rear wheel. The battery’s capacity (21.5Ah) and the production date (2024/4/21) are printed on a label on the front of the battery.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled e-bikes immediately and contact FENGQS for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to write their name, the word “recalled,” and the current date next to the battery’s production date, with a permanent marker. Consumers must then submit a photo clearly showing this information and confirm disposal of the battery in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Consumers should submit the photo to recall@fengqs.work.

Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. Before taking your battery or device to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries. If it does not, contact your municipality for further guidance.

Incidents/Injuries: FENGQS has received 13 reports of e-bikes igniting, two resulting in fires with property damage totaling $4,000.

Description: This recall involves certain serial numbers of Apollo City 2024 model year electric scooters. The dual-motor scooters have top speeds of 32 miles per hour. The scooters have a gray exterior with a headlight and rear brake light.  “Apollo” is printed on the stem of the scooter and “Apollo City” is displayed on the rear left side of the grip tape on the deck of the scooter. The affected serial numbers range from 4202240300001 to 4202240301236 and 4202240400001 to 4202240400764. The serial number is located on the bottom of the scooter deck. Consumers can also find their serial number using the Apollo App.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scooters and contact Apollo for a free replacement stem. To participate in the recall, please go to https://apolloscooters.co/pages/apollo-city/recall and fill out the online form. Apollo is recommending that all consumers take their scooters to a service repair location so they can replace the stem on the recalled scooter free of charge. Consumers can go to https://apolloscooters.co/pages/locations-near-you to find the closest service repair location. 

Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 10 reports of the weld cracking on the stem of the scooter, including four riders who reported coming off the scooter; one reported injury including abrasions.

Description: This recall involves Transpro brand A3 Hub Motor, A11F Spark, and R1 Commuter electric scooters. The scooters are powered by lithium-ion batteries. They were sold in black or gray colors. The lithium-ion battery is located beneath the scooter deck. The model names and numbers are affixed to the bottom of the scooter deck. 

Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Consumers should dispose of the entire scooter following local and state hazardous waste disposal procedures. Transpro is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Incidents/Injuries: Transpro US Inc. has received one report of a scooter catching fire, causing at least $200,000 in property damage. No injuries have been reported.

Name of Product: LED Gloves

Hazard: The recalled LED gloves violate the mandatory standard for toys containing coin batteries because the compartment that holds the batteries can be easily accessed and opened by children. Additionally, the spare coin batteries provided with the toys are not in child-resistant packaging and do not have the warnings required under Reese’s Law. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death.

Description: This recall involves HydroTech 5/8-inch Expandable Burst-Proof Hoses manufactured on or before August 31, 2024. The hoses were sold in lengths of 25, 50, 60, 75, 100 and 200 feet in various colors. Date code markings are located on the end of the hose that attaches to the spigot, visible when the black rubber washer is removed. Hoses with no markings or a marking ending in -211, -212, -213, -214, -221, -222, -223, -224, -231, -232, -233, -234, -241, -242 or -243 are included in this recall. On some hose packages, the manufacture date is listed in the month-year format. For example, 0824 is August 2024 and is included in this recall.

Consumers who purchased products from other retailers should cut off the regulator-end of their hose and contact Winston Products for a full refund. To receive the refund, consumers should submit photos of the cut hose, showing the date code location with the consumer’s initials and the date written in permanent marker on the regulator, to Winston Product’s online form at https://hydrotechproducts.com/recall. 

Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received at least 222 reports of the hoses bursting, resulting in at least 29 injuries, including one bone bruise, two sprains and five reports of temporarily impaired hearing from the sound of the hose bursting.

Hazard: The magnets on the inside cover can detach, posing an ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or other metal objects, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.

Description: This recall involves the Pura 4 Smart Home Fragrance Diffusers’ detachable cover. The diffuser’s detachable cover contains five magnets (not three): three small magnets and two larger magnets. The diffusers measure about 4 inches wide and 4 inches long. The serial number is located on the rear label above the metal prongs. The affected diffusers have the following serial number ranges: JX230000001 to JX230801425 and JX240000001 to JX240049959.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately dispose of the existing detachable cover while waiting for the replacement cover, keep the diffusers out of the reach of children and pets, and contact Pura Scents to receive a free replacement front cover. Pura Scents is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received three reports of the magnets detaching from the cover. No injuries have been reported.
