    Description: This recall involves the Spiral Toy (spinning toy). The toy comes with various colored platforms (three, five, or seven, depending on the model) that can be stacked and several yellow plastic balls with a bear head and a basket at the top. One model comes with a basket and a bull head. The packaging lists the manufacturer, manufacturer’s address and email, product name, batch code and various warnings on a sticker label. A separate sticker label has the SKU code “sl25013088678574868” with a bar code and “Made in China” along with various Chinese characters.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled toys immediately, take them away from children and contact SHEIN for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to affirm they disposed of the entire toy, including the small balls.

    Description: This recall involves the Skip Hop Baby Sesame Street Elmo Silicone Teether. The product is in the shape of Elmo’s face (red, orange, and white, with black eyes) and includes a textured key (blue) and fabric crayon box (beige, blue, green, yellow, orange, red). The model number for the Baby Sesame Street Elmo Silicone Teether is 9R263210. A red tag with the Skip Hop brand name and teether model number is attached to the side of the crayon box.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled teether immediately, take it away from children and contact Skip Hop Inc. at www.skiphoprecall.com to obtain a refund in the form of a gift card and further instructions on disposal of the product. The gift card can be used at any The William Carter Company brand store, including Carter’s, Skip Hop, OshKosh B’gosh and Little Planet.

    Incidents/Injuries: Skip Hop Inc. has received four consumer reports of the eyes detaching from the teether. No injuries have been reported.

    Description: This recall involves XO Poppy Power Trip Magnetic Wireless Power Banks with model number PYPBK5M. The power banks come in three colors and can be identified by their appearance and packaging: cream colored (PY-PBK5M-CR2); cream with pink bow print (PY-PBK5M-BW8); and black with teddy bear print (PY-PBK5M-TB2). Specific model numbers can be found printed on the bottom of the original packaging, directly above the barcode.

    Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, in the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal.     Description: This recall involves full-size and twin-size Merax Murphy beds with model numbers GX000392AAK, GX000391AAK or GX000383AAK, all sold in white. The beds are designed to be wall-mounted and can fold into a cabinet. The following model numbers and SKU codes are included in the recall:

    • GX000392AAK — SKU Codes WF530245, WF530246, WF530247, WF530248 — 78.2” L x 108.4” W x 99” H
    • GX000391AAK — SKU Codes WF530240, WF530241, WF530242, WF530243 — 78.2” L x 93.2” W x 99” H
    • GX000383AAK — SKU Codes WF324470, WF324471, WF324472 — 76” L x 95.2” W x 83.8” H

    The same product may have been sold by other marketplace sellers under different brand names such as Euroco, Harper & Bright Designs, Modern Luxe, Polibi, other brand names or without a brand name. The SKU code on all recalled products, regardless of brand name, is located on a sticker on the inside frame of the recalled Murphy beds.

    Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled Murphy beds immediately and contact GigaCloud Technology for a free repair kit. Consumers that have not assembled the Murphy bed will receive a repair kit consisting of unloaded piston springs, updated assembly instructions and inspection instructions. Consumers that have assembled the Murphy bed will receive inspection instructions. If the consumer determines that the Murphy bed is assembled incorrectly, GigaCloud Technology will provide the consumer with a professional installer to correct or complete the installation, at no cost to the consumer.

    Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received two reports of the Murphy beds falling during assembly, when the Murphy beds were not anchored to the wall, resulting in two injured consumers. One consumer sustained bruising to his head, neck and right shoulder and one consumer sustained a hit to his head, and scrapes and bruises on his arms.
